We made a deal with steps: 1) First payment (done) 2) Pre-Listing Announcement (not done) 3) Final payment (not done) 4) Listing (not done) this was the agreement, only on the day of the announcement, as you know, they first postponed it for a day, then they refused because the agreement didn't suit them. But they took the payment, and I'm still waiting for news about it, and also for the refund. I don't say the name of the CEX and the listing manager because maybe they don't refund completely, and since most of the payment comes from me, I prefer to get it back sooner.
